Talayeh Tabriz, MS, RDN is a registered dietitian and the founder of Tala Nutrition, a private practice specializing in digestive health, cardiometabolic wellness, and sustainable weight management.
Talayeh earned her master’s degree in nutrition from Los Angeles, California and completed her dietetic internship with Sodexo at USC Arcadia, where she trained in clinical nutrition, chronic disease management, and interdisciplinary care. She has several years of hands-on experience working with complex medical cases and continues to collaborate closely with physicians and healthcare teams.
While Talayeh is widely known for her work with digestive disorders such as IBS, IBD and SIBO, her practice has expanded to focus deeply on cardiovascular health and metabolic disorders.
